Trebbien (2019) by Valter Mattoni is a Marche Trebbiano IGT that comes from an organic vineyard located about 250 meters above sea level, from vines that have had excellent production for at least 40 years.

Fermentation takes place in steel with the action of indigenous yeasts and maturation in small wooden barrels for another 12 months. A strong white and full of personality, like its producer, with a really interesting aromatic set: floral and fruity scents with notes of yellow flowers, chamomile and exotic fruit.

At the sip it is tasty, enveloping and very pleasant, with a persistent and very fresh finish. The Trebbiano "Trebbien" made by Valter Mattoni is certainly a label to uncork immediately, even if it can be kept in the cellar for a few years.
