The Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Riserva DOCG "Rincrocca" (2017) of the La Staffa company was born from the careful selection of the most prestigious vineyard in the cellar. Fermentation takes place in concrete for 12 months and is then refined in the bottle, for a truly elegant result.

Straw yellow color, floral notes of elderberry and delicate fruity scents stand out on the nose. On the palate it is soft, fresh and with a savory and pleasant finish. White wine of great structure, on the table it goes well with fish and shellfish dishes such as spaghetti with clams or grilled fish.
