The Ribalta Pantaleone 2015
La Ribalta (2015) by the Pantaleone company is a red from the Marche region that comes from a grape of the Grenache family, which in the Marche is called Bordò. Red berry, spontaneous vinification with only indigenous yeasts in steel tanks and aging for another 2 years in barrique.
Very intense garnet red color with hints of ginger, licorice, cloves, black pepper and berries such as raspberries and cherries on the nose. A very elegant taste that finds great harmony and balance from the first sip and a long, full and persistent finish.
